Deposit Policy

• For all bookings made within 30 days of travel
• Full payment Is required within 48 hours of your booking. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa).
• For all bookings made more than 30 days of travel
• A 50% deposit Is required within 48 hours of your booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival. This payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (Master/Visa)

Cancellation Policy

• If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
• If cancelled 7 days or less prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, a 25% cancellation fee will apply regardless .

35 km from Pretoria/Tshwane on the N1, in the malaria free north–western section of the 20,000 hectare Big 5 Dinokeng Game Reserve on Mongena Private Game Lodge property, a mere 40 Minutes from Pretoria and 1.5 hour drive on tarred roads from OR Tambo International Airport and Johannesburg in the Republic of South Africa. Utilizing exclusive 8,000 ha private concession of the Dinokeng Game Reserve. Check-in is at Mongena Private Game Lodge with safe guest parking.
Transfers to camp by safari vehicles. Nearest hospital is 35 km away.
The camp is unfenced and not child-friendly as it is next to open water i.e. Mongena dam; therefore no children under the age of 16 years allowed.

Rates are based on a dinner, bed and breakfast package, with afternoon high tea and 2 game activities (guided game drives) per day. Drinks consumed with meals and Dinokeng Game Reserve Conservation levy is additional. Total of 20 guests sharing.
