• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Rates quoted are per room per night inclusive of VAT, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast but excluding the nightly tourism levy of 1%
• Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
• Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
• Cancellation Policy per Booking
  a. Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
  b. Cancellations - for three to 10 rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
  c. Cancellations - more than ten rooms, group cancellation policy will apply.
• Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.

Children policy
Children aged 12 years and younger (maximum two children per room) will be accommodated free of charge on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis if sharing with one or two adults. Children
aged 13-17 years will be accommodated free of charge on a room only basis and will be charged 50% of the meal rate if sharing with one or two adults. Children occupying their own rooms will be charged the full adult rate.
Children aged 6-12 years will receive 1 complimentary game drive per child per day, whereas children aged 13-17 years will pay 50% of the game drive rate per drive, per child, per day.
No children under the age of 6 years are permitted on game drives.
